Hairpin bender/RTT
For the tube processing hairpin bending and straightening-cutting machines have been designed.
Our range of machines can process different diameters and thickness of pipes and lots of material: copper, coppers alloys, aluminium and stainless steel.
In order to guarantee an easier assemble phase of the heat exchangers, an innovative design of the cutting section and of the repetitiveness of the measure have been applied. A special unloading system that minimizes any kind of damage and an innovative flaring/bell former system at the end of the tubes have been engineered.
