Robotic Brazing System

The robotic brazing system welds the bends of the heat exchangers automatically. Brazing is carried out using a co-bot specially programmed to meet all the product specifications. The use of this technology ensures an increase in productivity, precision and the reduction of the risks of exposure to sparks and fumes for the worker.
The system consists of an anthropomorphic arm, control desk, probe, radar and gas control unit.
The six-axis anthropomorphic arm can connect to the most common industrial sensors and PLCs and meets ISO certifications for working in an unprotected environment (ISO 10218-2). For applications that allow it, enclosure with perimeter fences can be avoided, providing easy accessibility and a simplified human-machine interface during process steps.
